On March 25, 2022, the EU-China Trust organized an online video conference among the Foreign Affairs Office of the Hefei Municipal People’s Government and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Salamanca Municipal Government on promoting friendly exchanges and cooperation between the two cities.
Liu Yang (刘洋), deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Hefei Municipal People’s Government, Chen Hao (陈浩), Director of the Sister Cities Division, Fernando Castaño Sequeros, deputy director of the Foreign Affairs office of Salamanca Municipal Government, staff member-Juan José Sánchez Alonso, and the Vice President of EU-China Trust who is Advisor to the Joint Committee of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, Deputy Secretary of Sovereign Wealth Funds and Strategic Project Adviser to the Municipality of Salamanca, attended the meeting. Julio Montesinos Ruiz chaired the meeting as the Executive Director of the EU-China Trust. Wang Di (王迪), executive director of the EU-China Trust, and advisor to the President of China-Spain Friendship Association, and Di Songbo (狄松波), executive director of the EU-China Trust, also participated in the meeting.
